Help us fight fast fashion waste by swapping good quality clothes that you no longer wear.
Bring up to 5 items of clothing and up to 5 items of accessories such as scarves, hats, bags, shoes and jewellery. Only swap the amount of stuff you bring, eg if you bring 4 items of clothing only take 4 items home with you.

An evening of guided meditation followed by a 30 minute sound bath. Relax and rejuvenate mind, spirit and body. Please bring something to lay on and a shawl or blanket in case you get chilly. Chairs also available. Tickets available on the door or through event brite. Spaces are limited. Anyone welcome. Admission £10. 8pm to 9.15pm

An evening of meditation on sounds. There will be various instruments to try out including singing bowls, gong, chimes etc. If you have any percussion instruments please bring them along. Anyone is welcome , just bring a smile with you ?
